Mukhya Mantri Jankalyan Yojana (MMJKY)
Students whose parents are registered as unorganized workers with the labor department of the government of Madhya Pradesh will receive free tuition fees under the Chief Minister’s Education Promotion Scheme if they are admitted to Undergraduate/Polytechnic Diploma/ITI courses. The admission fee and the actual fees (excluding mess and hostel charges) set by the Fee Regulatory Committee or the Madhya Pradesh Private University Regulatory Commission or the Government of India/state government will be paid as expenditure under the scheme for undergraduate/polytechnic diploma/ITI courses.

MMVY Scholarship Schemes
Under the Chief Minister Medhavi Vidhyarthi Yojana (MMVY Scholarship), students who have obtained 70% or more marks in the 12th examination organized by the Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education or have obtained 85% or more marks in the 12th board examination organized by CBSE/ICSE and whose annual income of their parents/guardians is less than 6 lakhs, and are residents of Madhya Pradesh, will be provided free education under the undergraduate programs covered by the scheme. The state government will bear the tuition fee as a part of the expenditure for undergraduate level studies covered under the scheme, including admission fees and the actual fee (excluding mess and hostel fees) which is determined by the Fee Regulatory Committee or the Madhya Pradesh Private University Regulatory Commission or the Government of India/state government.

Gaon Ki Beti Yojana
The aim of the scheme is to provide financial assistance to talented girls from rural areas to encourage them to obtain higher education. Every year, students who pass Class 12 in the first division from each village are given a scholarship of Rs. 500 per month for 10 months at a fixed rate. To be eligible for the scholarship, the girl must have scored 60% or more in the 12th-grade examination and must be residing in a rural area (with a proof of being the daughter of the village).

Girls from urban families below the poverty line who score 60% or above in their 12th grade exams are eligible for the Pratibha Kiran scheme by the Madhya Pradesh government!
