Swami Dayanand Scholarship 2024-25: The Merit-cum-Means Scholarship for the year 2024-25 is announced by Swami Dayanand Charitable Educational Foundation. It is open to students enrolled in any undergraduate program at public and private universities in India. The goal of providing scholarships to extraordinarily gifted but financially struggling students who are unable to complete their college studies due to financial barriers is pursued by SDEF. Scholarships are offered to students who have overcome the challenges of their family’s situation to achieve high rankings in the national and state-level common entrance exams and to gain admission to prestigious institutions. SDEF now restricting fresh scholarship applications from students in their first or second year of engineering and medicine courses. If you are studying in BSc /BA/B Com, SDEF only provide scholarships to first-year students.

Eligibility Criteria
- The scholarship is available for all undergraduate courses– engineering, medical, architecture, etc. and other undergraduate courses.
- Secured atleast 85% in CBSE Board or 75% or above Marks in Other Boards in 12th Class
- CGPA of at least 8.0 for Second year students
- Annual Family Income should be between 1.2 Lacs to 8 Lacs per annum
- Only first and second year students are allowed to apply for this program
- Only one year drop is allowed for technical courses
- Applicant studied from Govt or Govt aided schools
- All India Overall Rank should be less than 90,000 for Engineering & Architecture courses and 40,000 for medical courses
- Age limit – 19 years for first year students and 20 years for second year students
