SAMARTH Fellowship Program 2024-25: The SAMARTH Fellowship is a 9-month self-leadership program to build the capacities of Indian youth to help them make entry into social development spaces through entry-level jobs and prestigious Fellowships in India.
The SAMARTH Fellowship journey is a transformative experience, encompassing awareness building, self-growth, skill enhancement, and community engagement. Fellows embark on a journey of self-discovery, culminating in their entry into the social sector as empowered change-makers.
The program will equip youth with the awareness, knowledge, skills and growth mindset to meet the demands of the ever-growing and complex development sector. The program encourages youth to be a part of the experiential learning offered by over 200 prestigious fellowships and countless young professional roles in India’s social sector.
